DOW futures are up 191 and NAS are up 67.25 and S&P are up 19.50.

I really don't understand any negative sentiment for XBC at this time?

Don't over think it.

As fas as the sector being in a bubble I just don't see it especially with xebec which is under 10 with targets between 12 to 17 that doesn't sound like a bubble to me.
