Americas segment includes Dyno Nobel Americas, which manufactures and sells industrial explosives and related products and services to the mining, quarrying and construction industries in the Americas (Canada, Mexico and Chile) and initiating systems to businesses in Australia, Turkey and South Africa. It also manufactures and sells industrial chemicals.

@Firstworld, I have seen you around on small caps with no hope.You are not offering much substance here, you obviously have difficulties with understanding takeovers.
Are you able to articulate what corporate welfare is? Is it Air Canada, Bombardier? Or is it anything that you sold your position to feed to your loosing small caps?

I dont mean to be hostile, im sure you have your reasons for spraying manure. But prove to folks that you have any idea and back your statements with proof. To be honest to me it looks like you are just an angry youngster with no disipline.
