RE:More Cheap Unit Full Warrant PP on the Horizon?

RE:More Cheap Unit Full Warrant PP on the Horizon?Right on cue as predicted last week, this am's NR regarding a 20M units PP with full warrants exercisable for 3 years.
More massive diution, typical of past PPs.

Today's PP shoots down Dudeforever's post on Feb. 4th regarding last year's PP.......

"25 million warrants equals $1,250,000 into the company accounts.  No need for a PP with these extra funds"

The problem with Dudeforever's reasoning is that he wrongly assumed that last year's warrants exercisable at 5 cents would be exercised en masse and there'd be no need for another PP.
If it were that simple I agree.

No one can dispute that capital is needed for a growing company....but at what cost?.
