Here's what happened... bitfury filed last week on the 12th. They've been out talking to a few brokers ... and to a few institutional investors (who are probably already invested in HUT and know the story).

So today one of those parties thought they were close to a deal... (perhaps they are, perhaps they aren't) so they either sold down in anticipation of refilling their positions from bitfury... or they shorted in anticipation of covering their positions from bitfury.

its pretty much what you see when a company is going to do an offering... word gets out... people pre-position.

not a big deal in my mind... its a market.
