You reverse split to maintain your listing, there is no other reason to do it. Not going to happen with FIRE.

 

They did a raise because people drove the stock up, this is smart by the mgmt, take advantage while the sp is up there. Remember this was/is a .17-.22 stock. There's no real way to maintain this in the long run but I could see .25-.27 going into the next quarter.. They have money to play with now, maybe pay down the debt more? Who knows what they will use that money for.
