I agree options are compensation. I've not checked the filings to see what the salaries are, but they burn rate on this one would suggest they all have a good salary, IMO and without factural proof.
One thing most don't realize is the new gov rules on taxes means in order to take down your options as an insider you have to pay the taxes as well, so the profit is less than it appears. That said, it is bothersome that all the sells were filed today. Let's see what the future brings ...
One thing to note as well; if FLT has a decent corporate governance guideline, the selling today is telling us nothing of significance is coming down the pipes in the next few days.
