RE:Why don't they merge with JOY?I don't think they want to reduce the admin lol. What I don't understand is how they hope to not only pay the Aimco loan but now also the new term loan after they just sold a 9% royalty on all their production. What am I missing? It seems the shareholder got the short end of the stick here?
