At $3.74, I don't think there is much premium, if any in the price. It hit $4.50 in December, and is still down over 50% from pre-pandemic (despite the relatively stable EBITDA).

Plus there has been no word on any takeover talks since Oct 23. I figured most people had given up on that by now.

If there has been any strength in the stock in the past few days, and it wasn't much, I think it was due to AC's comments last Friday about government aid getting close to a deal.
