Yeh SIGGI  .3% of the shares were sold today and each one of them had a buyer.

How about the other 99.7% of the shares?  Seems like they do not share your concern of retesting 1.16. Nor do the .3% of the buyers of the sold stocks today.

Volume shows low conviction bias and probably many of sellers were short term traders that were hoping to cash in big on news on Didipio.  They were understandably upset as appears may take a while, or may not happen at all. 

Longer term taders seen nothing in these figures that surprised at all, as math could easily be figured out from preliminary figures already given and forward guidance was along par what most thought.  Most astute investors have written off Didipio in their calculations and treat it as a bonus, if happens. 
Emotion makes for bad trading
