you'll see shortly why
You already said the company needs money. Either for the tsx listing or a purchase. Steve sold to fund the company. He didn't want to touch the millions he sold over the last couple years so he'll use this sale right?
The only question is, will he fund Revo by giving them a respectable loan? This would obviously be the least impact on shareholders.
I'm assuming he's going to find a way to give himself those shares he just sold back at a cheaper price. This would allow his "rinse and repeat" game to continue. Obviously ballooning the float and not helping his shareholders but at least he would come out ahead. Is this something you would even be able to twist into a good thing JT? I believe you that he won't raise funds by doing a PP...He'll call it a bought deal or give himself convertible notes that he can then collect interest on (the same as the loan) but also be able to reload his shares cheaper. Sure hope I'm wrong, just assuming worse case obviously based on his actions in the past.
Come on Steve! Simple low interest loan!!! Floats big enough for any other type of financing. Think of your shareholders for once.
