I absolutely agree with you, the current PP for its lack of detail will not provide enough near term capital - it reads similar to all the other PPs over the years which were nothing more than life support PPs.
I wasn't too surprised to read in yr. post that CWTI's scaled back its wastewater treatment public promotion, hopefully Dr. Shelp has finally realized enough with the 'science fair pet projects' , the treatment tech. has been a financial black hole anchor on the company for many years.
IMHO, too many newbie investors are getting seduced by the sexy spin of CWTI's treatment tech., to turn it around requires a professional marketing person to right the current ad hoc marketing approach.
Until this comes to pass, Pumptronics sales potential is the company's future, it's what will pay the bills and provide a healthy return for shareholders.
So here we are awaiting the closure of the PP, next up a NR(s) of these burgeoning pump station sales and sales staffing details, 'the devil's in the details'.
