I know this for sure and its a bonus for all of us.... they got the perverbial
possibly never ending monkey off their back, that being mirror court cases
in separate jurisdictions. We are never going to see any kind of funding
as long as we are in court paying millions in litigation. Imagine being an investor
knowing your money is going to pay legal fees and that goes for shareholders as well, as far as 
Im concerned they just saves ua a bundle in legal fees. Time now to concentrate
