Sober first look....

Sober first look....

Just going through the NCU board for general feel for the stock. Appears that some LT investors have a lingering (bad) taste due to past performance and the quality / integrity of some of the larger institutional/ funds. Could be incorrect but that was the general sense - which is good to keep in mind.

Having said that with the current tailwinds at a macro level (increasing copper prices, increasing industry demand from the EV market - its clear that this is no longer just about Tesla and the other new EV players, when established auto industry leaders are ALL jumping in with both feet on EV a focus, semiconductors is not going to be the only sector with shortages).

For those that like XL spreadsheets and calculations: as part of my NCU DD I came across this interesting a video that walks through a detailed NAV / NPV calculation on NCU. I'd appreciate the views of NCU savvy  investors on the assumptions. Spoiler alert - conclusion supports jumping in at these levels (PS I never thought I'd watch a 30 mins YouTube video of someone going through a detailed XL file but actually thought it was interesting).
