NCU is subject to a take over by mid tier copper producer

NCU is subject to a take over by mid tier copper producerBecause of its financial difficulties and with the price of copper going up while they are ramping up production, some mid tier producers are certainly looking to put their hand on an asset that will contribute to the balance sheet almost right away.

In 2010, NCU and Capstone had talks together that never concluded in joining forces at that time.  Capstone went up 600% since last year, are in a good financial situation, and have already a mine in the US in Arizona, one in Mexico and one in Chili.  These 2 companies know each other well and could surprise us soon with a friendly merger.  My guess is if it happens on the short term basis, it could be at 0.40 share price if it is this week to - 0.60 in the next 3 month.
