Costs are all crystal ball hokum, what I do know with the highest confidence is that the plant can't run faster than 130tph if the stockpile is full AG feed nom. P80 sized material.
This is fact.
To maintain feed rates closer to 180 tph requires another major cost input.
If you can't process ore at a high enough rate AND maintain grade (this will happen) then cash flow will suffer.

How does the AISC take that into account - IT DOESN'T !
