Never been so lucky to experience one of those! lol

Could you give me an example of such a company/transaction so I could see for myself.

I believe I still don't understand what goes on.

IF VST had done it with GameOn using your 1 for 1 example to me it looks like they would of gave out approx. 76 492 000 shares of GameOn to the shareholders of VST! Sorry just cannot get my head around that!
