RE:Frivolous lawsuits I agree with this. I remember a frivolous lawsuit filed against my father's company that resulted in a payout. The person suing was manipulative and none of the other staff liked her, but she held a lot of power in the legal proceedings.
If you think Verde's performance has been poor, I suggest you check out other junior mining companies and compare profitability, margins, profitability, etc. I've invested in quite a number of junior miners over the years and to be honest I am gobsmacked at what Christiano has acheived in the last few years -- and without diluting shareholders much. The fact is, mining operations often take between 10-15 years to get off the ground, and Verde has managed to deliver on pretty much every front in that regard.
