RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Results are OutI agree that salaries are high, but pay should be commensurate with the rest of the industry. Robson isn't going anywhere, but anybody else can shift ship. If they pay under market rates and are not competitive (and which are quite high from my understanding in this industry), it's unlikely that people will stay (I'm taking about, let's say, a 15%+ difference in salary). 

TLRY's ceo made 32M last year. Cronos was at 15M. Canopy 10M. Hexo 8M. 50th percentile was 1.7M for companies with a market cap above 1B. I agree Valens isn't in that category, but I also think we all agree that the stock is highly undervalued.
