Chart the last 3 years has always done the same big spike up then taken back down. I have been watching this very closely the last few runs it has had to .24 and it is obvious someone has been keeping this down...it's one of the most manipulated stocks I've seen. need some news to get us back up but I suspect there will be another pp before summer probably at similar prices....Hopefully I a wrong as I am under water now but fortunately I didn't load up because of the historical chart
