RE:RE:RE:RE:From a trading perspectiveI know my opinion doesn't count, I would think shorting would be ok as long as it didn't exceed 10% of daily trades and if you shorted a stock you could not trade shares you owned to the downside in that stock thereby benefiting from your attempted manipulation. Just for the heck of it I will try to send this to OSC ( being a procrastinator I will try to follow through ).
