When you look at downside I will caution again that Ballard has $1.3 and Plug $5 bilion in net cash - raised at much higher multiples. Especially with the acquisition of HyGear this would fit nicely in someone biggers portfolio. Would be very surprised if they're not watching this very close as well as an opportunity.
