RE:“Full legalization” is not required I agree but one thing has me confused why did Acerage file an S1 with sec if Canopy going to get in USA would they not merge making an Acerage uplist unnecessary?Or maybe they are not going to pull trigger on Acrg and merge or buyout a different mso?
