RE:RE:roll back is comingMy view on a rollback is opportunity for better financing. It defeats the purpose of financing at .18 to get 3 million dollars as per AVL's last placement recently. My experience is companies can get off their feet significantly with a rollback then finance alot higher then grow the company if have a business plan. I'm still targeting .35 to .50 at present share setup, but would not expect much higher. I was getting very trigger happy on the last surge and remains to be seen if gets back to those prices. Lithium has been very bullish the last year and reason continue to hold. That said, this company can fizzle very quickly if don't get aggressive and move forward with opportunities at the moment.
I'm not impressed with their last presentation as just a regurgitation of what most people already know as slight rewording from previous releases over the years.
My big worry here is that 3.5 million dollars in cash does not really advance a project much these days and mostly pays for administration and salaries keeping AVL management employed.
A rollback may create more money and move this company forward significantly with a higher share price for better funding i.e. 10 million plus. Elsewise, more dilution at lowest share price historically and usually companies never get anywhere especially without any significant revenue stream. Then basically become a "no go" company unless something major happens like a merge, buyout, or new management team.
Continue to hold but realize this may fizzle and lost of potential gains.
