VEER FACTOR

VEER FACTOR
Where i find the project veers in extraction is...
The mention of 40% of the gold is " nuggety gold" course nature

This is what the extraction was modelled around - own opinion.

1 - to capture this nuggety course gold - as much as possible - in first extraction phases
2 - which dictated the - mesh size - keeping the nuggety gold intact as much as possible.
3 - which promoted a second acid concentration phase ( more costs )
to dissolve the graphitics which might still harbor more gold

4 - where the trail meets the 2 prong road ?.
faith in gold recoveries using = 184 mesh vs 325 mesh
which prong road is better - 184 highway or the 325 turnpike ?

5 - the faith in knowing for certain - majority of gold ( 90% - 95% ) is still recoverable
using a finer mesh ore -  from get go...

6 - which imparts majority of gold from the graphitics - using finer mesh ores

7 - the art of coaching the graphite away from the gold is next...

8 - graphite as mentioned prior is hydrophobic

9 - a larger 184 mesh would/could stil lharbor more gold
thus... the graphite might fall and drop out making it harder to float the graphite
due to weight of graphite harboring gold with in.

10 - milling the ores finer to a 300+ mesh coud ressolve the graphgite harboring gold issue
       what issue ?
kee pin mind - the 184 mesh only gears itself to the 40% nuggety gold.

11 - there's still another 60% nit accounted for in first water float phase.
which suggests... 60% is still harbored in the - graphites.

12 - which points to - the 40% nuggety gold was given more attention than the 60% fines.

13 - what if it were reversed ?
60 % fines were dealt with firstly and at same time the nuggety gold was also same mesh
size as the 60% fines ?

14 - what could be th proof that the nuggety gold could still be captured in fine state ?
simple answer = the 60% fine gold with in the graphite was still captured in second phase
which went onto final flotation - proviong that fine gold can be captured -

15 - which now... places focus on... if fines can be captured in latend stages od extraction
then... why not have the confidence in milling all ores to a 300+ mesh fro mget go
which imparts all gold from the graphite which just maybe... might eliminate the majority of
graphites in first clean water phase....wink.

6 - which is where a tad more focus should be placed - researching other similar gold ore bodies
with graphitics and thier successes of gold recoveries applied to - 300+ mesh.....

7- the sum could translate to - a very clean 300|+ mesh graphite extracted in initial stages.
which could allieviate the cost factor with acids in second concentrate and final floatation.

Cheers...
