RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:fire:ct positive morning thoughtI think the estimate for seizures is about 1% the US DEA has spent 5 trillion on the "war on drugs" since the Regan era leading to more drug incarcerations that all of the other western countries combined.Big business for privatized prisons.They will legalize or at least deciminalize if the numbers work.
