Nope. Shouldn't be any issues. This was obviously planned from the beginning. Months ago I looked into all the directors backgrounds and found Joel's position in Clc

this is great news and well planed.

It's completely fine to be on the board of directors for multiple companies at the same time from my understanding, even being the ceo of two or more companies isn't an issue in most cases.

joel is the chairman of CLC and a director of taat. Perfectly fine.
