PKT is an opportunity to invest alongside the best and brightest in the commercial real estate world; Blair Tamblyn & Scott Stevens.
they also have close to $100M in funding to purchase Real Estate and not sure if anyone is familiar, but you only need to put down;

so $100M can buy a lot of Real Estate even if they play it more conservative and put down 30% or more. That should be about $300M in possible deals for PKT and should they offer a dividend and hopefullly with their experience become profitable much more quickly to be able to do so, the stock with be on the level of @H&RReit (office) or @Riocan (Retail), (might be very wise to move investments from retail into industrial (ie PKT) for any one buying Real Estate stocks for the conservative play and the upside regarding growing with this stock is tremendous.
I think the writing is all on the wall, and I'm trying to help lay this out for Real Estate investors - imagine recieving a dollar dividend a year per share for a stock you bought at $1.50-$2.00?
I don't know if this is a spec play or so obviously a winner and just not out there enough, but have been following the stock (and in full discloser own shares), and the reason is all of the above, which is all our there to connect the dots, and buy heavy!
