Yes to the accumulation theory except for 2 questions

1 accumulation is present when prices stay stable, in our case they are crashing.

2 Where are all the shares coming from in this low cap stock? unless the manipulation is happening between 2 accounts that just trade between each other.

One this is 100% sure something is very very fishy !
