Seems like accummulation through Feb, over 10 million shares traded in a range between .36 - .39 c. I agree it has come off a lot since Sept but I am more focused on the past 4 weeks. The stock has been trading in a range and someone has accummulated a good chunk me thinks.

I agree with your second point though....who is selling ???? 

Likely retail investors who got left holding the bag after the pump to get the warrants executed.
