I mean, I would have to imagine he was aware, and didnt anticipate it taking longer than that. I know when I make an order on Amazon and it says 2 days delivery I dont necessarily fault them when its a week later. 

Had he said nothing about it people would have taken issue with that as well. Not saying you, but with so many people claiming to know how to run a cannabis company on stockhouse people seem to take issue with everything. Heck, there we're those who seemed to not be impressed by signing UNIFOR. Like really... 

All that to say that I believe its coming, just a little later than expected.
