nov 10 2020 Innovex Donwhole Solutions Inc. to aquire rubicon and expected to close early 2021

is shawcor being set up to become a legacy aquisition via Mr. Reeves and be a part of innovex (formed in 2016 by the union of team oil tools, antelope oil tool and man. and isolation tech)

innovex has support from intervale capital, anouther private equity firm.

or will Reeves consolidate his talent to Shawcore only shortly?
