RE:RE:RE:RE:Beena is Worth Investing In! To get this company really moving and get evaluated the same way as the "big boys", they need to get uplisted on a better exchange, no doubt here at all. And the only way to get to Nasdaq or similar, they will have to RS.

They just anounced the ATM reopening 10 minutes ago, dilution won't let them raise the SP to few dollar to be considered for another excange. And as a result it's the only way with reasonable timline.

Of course, they can grow naturally, buy back shares or whatever but that will take 5-7 years.
