If you scroll down to one of my previous posts responding to him, this has already been answered.

They started producing the more complicated Nano Si FIRST and then moving up to the larger diameter. The larger diameter product is what the customers asked for so it's actually part of ANAZING news that the samples haven't been delivered because they exceeded expectations by making a smaller diameter Nano Si than they even knew they could.
