First it is important to realize military personnel are continually in and out of our country. They want to do their own physical sample testing at both ends on their terms and notice to personnel. They are in control of their own security and in some cases may involve secret missions. That control on their bases must be kept "top secret". (Both ends of their Bubble)
My bet is it will only be awarded through their own testing facilities (perhaps with an Ally). We have the PCR SPIT TEST KIT, Medipro is our partner! Anyone remember mention of test kits sent to the government??.
