(TSX: DIV and DIV.DB) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.01667 per common share for the period of March 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021, which is equal to $0.20 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2021.
