Some brokers allow their clients to trade as Anonymous.  Anonymous is not one person it's a dozen plus people.  Any one person who owns 5% or more of a company's shares needs to disclose.  Any person who owns 10% becomes an insider.

Those are restrictions for all... so if your Anonymous was just one person, he/she would have fallen in both categories based on their volume... hence Anonymous is multiple people...
