Yes this looks like an interesting piece of news for the markets to chew on, and no doubt Mr. D would not have done this arrangement unless he see's value for GSI and it's shareholders. I think you have to try and read between the lines with most of his press release's.

That being said, I think most here would agree that the market is waiting on contract news. GLTA
