RE:RE:RE:RE:SERNOVA paid a ridiculous amount for the PPThis to me is the foolish post. You dont know that they could have raised money at $2 or $1.50 with some "convincing". What does that even mean? Say please?
This seems like standard capital raising in my experience. They might have been able to cut the warrants in half but I would like to assume that management tried. I am not praising them for the deal but I am not agaisnt it either. I just dont see how you are so sure they could have done a better deal. If they did a PP at $1.50 you would be shitting on them saying it should have been at $2.30. Nobody is going to give you that money as your SP shot to the moon in such a short time.
I think managment did what they could at the time. Now they need to get the shareholder value installed because at the moment, there is little for new investors.

After results were announced the stock went over 2 bucks. With some convincing they could've raised money at 2 bucks, or even 1.50, but with half the warrants. They paid a fortune to raise this round of funds, and no, the alternative was not to raise at 20 cents.. As for diamond hands,, tell that to someone else. I think Ive owned SVA longer than anyone here. GLTA of us....
