PS: ARIAS has been with us through thick and thin... no doubt that he is pusing this verticality... he knows this is not done without a future view... He has been, is and will be ALL there in support of Largo... no??
It's a sure bet that Arias will continue to be the Chairman of the BoD. .
However Arias Funds just exercised some 85M warrants ( with 24M converted shares transferred to Distribution in Kind). The common shares held by Arias Funds now represent about 47% of Largo’s o/s shares. Arias / Arias Funds will continue to be the biggest stockholder / controlling interest of the company but I would not be surprised if they decided to sell a considerable chunk of their collective portfolios together with the listing on Nasdaq. Don’t forget that Arias Funds sold 47.2M shares in 2018 (33.3M @ C$1.40 in July and 13.9M @ US$2.08 in Oct). It is also likely, imo, that the 24M held by Distribution in Kind will be sold.
