Hello everyone, I took time to make more investigation about ERCOT and this is what I found: They are a non-profit company under government of Texas.  They provided 90% of Texas electricity, like citys, energy retailers suppliers, large companies, etc.  Like BRAZOS Electric Power Cooperative, there is 41 more electric power cooprtative as well.  Just Energy got 3 energy retailers suppliers, Just Energy, Tara Energy & Amigo Energy and they are probably under 1 company, Just Energy Texas LP.  Of course, the final decision to adjust the settlement will not come from the Board of Director but will come from the government of Texas.  Because the decision will not come overnight, Just Energy Group have no choice to take that difficile decision to get creditors protection.  Well there is a little light in the tunnel..hope it is not the train coming!!!  GLTA.  Gaillard.
