This is really good news and definitely isn't bad news by any means - but there's understandable skepticism here. We have to be realistic that this isn't an announcement of bonafide sales and the pilot in Spain hasn't gone anywhere.

This might not have any bearing on where this Empower pilot will lead, but I don't expect the stock to pop today.
