Fidelty is likely going to say yes....not retail.

I person should have sniffed this out in summer what OBE was up too.

Look at how short position started to disappear for OBE before they announced in August 31 the BNE bid.

T : OBE 2020-08-15 1,505,191 -74,001 73,502,872 2.05
T : OBE 2020-07-31 1,579,192 -1,079,372 73,022,321 2.16
T : OBE 2020-07-15 2,658,564 -785,377 73,022,321 3.64
T : OBE 2020-06-30 3,443,941 -671,772 73,022,321 4.72
T : OBE 2020-06-15 4,115,713 44,283 73,022,321 5.64

Obe must have a deep pocketing entity or person...lurking is my guess.

Let's face it...more cash is neede on balacesheet for both BNE and OBE....

Is what it is....

I would BNE to drop 20%

I think the market is pricing in the merger as a "go" to BNE's benefit
