Newmont acquires GT GOLD $3.25 offer Or $456 million.

Major infrastructure development forthcoming.

Competing bids, probably Not.

Newmont already had former Newmont exec's engaged on the GT Gold Mgmt team and significant GTT shareholding.

Next is Newfoundland & Keats & other surrounding SPMT high grade Gold discoveries by NFG.....Kirkland Lake Gold would be an ideal suitor for this NFLD development....Surely, Tony Makuch is getting ready for this high octane Gold development.....
