I'll also add that cryopharm has plans to enter Canada and I was once told they had product in for approval . I think the issue is the market in Canada atm simply isn't worth all the regulations. Much better to concentrate on bigger markets first (ie while California can also be a regulatory nightmare that one state has more people than Canada and more people in neighbouring states /visitors etc)
