Dilution and earnings

Dilution with the Emmac deal and a small miss on the top line earnings are the only reasons I can think of that is making CURA head in the opposite direction of the entire sector. A very big overeaction/miscalcultion imo, the recovery will be strong when the market comes to its senses!!
