BITF on NASDAQ????

BITF on NASDAQ????I've been seeing a lot of comments on this board about BITF in process for being listed on the NASDAQ, but I am trying to find any official NR that confirms it.  Does anyone have any relevant info on it or is it just speculation?  Because if it is real, it doesn't make sense that it is spinning its weel around 6$ these days.  It should be above 10 and even 15$.  Thanks in advance to the person who will respond to my question and GLTA
