Try to keep emotions out of it and avoid making predications. Stick with logic and facts. Once the share conversion happens, Elixxer's assets will substantially exceed its liabilities. The company has a value and its up to investors to determine what that value is and whether it can actually create future value. AIP seem to be good at making money for their clients. As a shareholder, they will be aligned once the gorge of dilution occurs and the remaining debt is dealt with.
