RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Green day for JEIf anything, the hearings basically revealed to the politicians, repricing isn't realistic, due to the fact that many of the financial hedging transactions via ICE have already been settled. In addition, repricing even if were possible would be merely shifting the damage from one group (retailers) to another (generators).

Therefore, as another poster already noted, the most realistic outcome that can be hoped for is a bailout from the state government, which is notoriously conservative and anti-interventionist when it comes to anything to do with businesses.
