Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:RE:my FAILING dd !!

RE:RE:my FAILING dd !!thanks Chucky21.. that is indeed a possibility (and most likely the real reason for that big block on the ask at 0.64).
I am not naive at the fact that there are companies that do use behind the scenes tactics to try and control a shareprice.
However, the practice is illegal in a free market with a publicly traded company.
Company management are not allowed to interfere with or try and control the shareprice of their shares without notifying their shareholders of their plans..eg.. doing a share buyback (which would potentially have an effect on the shareprice).. Before they take any action that may affect the shareprice they must nofify all people who may be affected.

I have often witnessed (as have many) a MM or several MM's together push down a shareprice in order to scare people out if their positions (ie treeshaking) and then watch the sp quickly recover. (I know personally... they got mine more than once)
In such a case it may very well be that there was no input from the company at all... just some greedy MM's at work.
But in a case like this.. IF it actually is company involvement behind the scenes trying to hold down the SP... that is not a good sign about this group !
I hope this manipulation is not from their directive... they ought not to be involved in any such dealings.

But your idea is probably right... what else can it be?
I know we have all seen a shareprice get pushed down over a period of time and then a financing is announced at a much lower price than average over a period... only to see it recover right away after the announcement.
There is a lot of treachery and crookedness in the markets .. so we must ALL be careful ! :-)
