RE:RE:What do you guys thinkThese are the good back and forth sharing of info and thoughts i enjoy about these boards.  Good to have constructive, realistic conversations both positive and negative.  Being a contractor in the construction industry i was not surprised by steve's calculations for the opening of new clinics. When i heard him talk about "its just cosmetic" i had a little chuckle.  Running new electrical, possibility of having to remove or shore up bearing walls all need permits which take time, structural engineer to make prints etc. Then lining up the various trades of contractors is another **** show. We are entering into the renovation season remeber that everyone.  Art I feel your evaluation of 10 new clinics is very plausible. Thanks for your feed back.
